Duties Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting. Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues as needed. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. Document completed tasks and report any additional repairs needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment including an ohmmeter. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as required.
