General knowledge of plumbing, house electrical, carpentry, and home maintenance is important.
Specific Responsibilities:
Complete small to medium repairs Communicate with all concerned departments about pending repairs Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Keep records of all work performed Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, work orders tracking forms, and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements for Maintenance Technicians Experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling preferred Proficiency to navigate cloud-based technology Team player who can work independently SC Drivers License and reliable vehicle that you can drive daily for work. Stable work history Ability to work weekends. (Mandatory) Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb stairs to access all properties Ability to manage time wisely with minimal supervision. On call will be required
