The jobs are diversified such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and masonry. Must be able to perform routine and preventative maintenance independently with limited supervision. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe and orderly work site. Must have a valid South Carolina drivers’ license, in good standing and Journeyman in one or more trades, preferred.
