The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the desire to create an immaculate facility. The candidate will be in charge of two restaurants. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and functional environment for our staff and customers. Responsibilities Routinely, pressure wash walkways, the outside of the building and all patio facilities. Conduct commercial painting and fabrication tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics and functionality. Detail all equipment, bar area and restrooms. Deliver excellent service by responding promptly to maintenance requests. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and minor repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations. Qualifications Experience commercial painting and fabrication is a plus. Excellent communication skills in, both verbal and written. Proven service skills with the ability to work well with others. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
