- About the
Role:
- Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a
- Maintenance Technician
- to help us maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests and team members. From guest rooms to public spaces and grounds, your work will make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do:
- As a valued part of our operations team, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, including: + Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (like “room care” tasks).
+ Responding to and completing work orders from guests and staff. + Assisting with repairs to electrical systems, A/C units, lighting, TVs, and more. + Handling routine fixes on appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, laundry machines, and kitchen equipment. + Maintaining the pool
- from adjusting chemicals to cleaning filters.
+ Refurbishing furniture, fixtures, and performing touch-up painting as needed. + Operating power tools and equipment for landscaping and seasonal ground care. + Keeping all grounds and outdoor spaces neat and trash-free. + Delivering friendly, helpful service in line with our Core Values. + Following safety protocols and reporting issues to management.

What We’re Looking For:
- + At least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel experience a plus!) + High school diploma or equivalent + Bonus points if you have certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing + Physical ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly + Comfortable walking, bending, and standing throughout your shift + Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
