DeLallo is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for our

FIRST SHIFT

Maintenance Technician position at our Olive Productionfacility in New Stanton, PA. The primary role of this position isto reduce downtime of the equipment through completion ofpreventative maintenance and repair maintenance in a timely manner.

The work takes place in a facility that produces food productscontaining a variety of nuts and cheeses.

Required Skills:

Musthave industrial equipment repair experience. Experience withpreventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. Able to readschematics and troubleshoot a variety of systems. Must haveknowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Needs to have astrong understanding of control wiring and PLCs.

Deliverables:

Experience working on a variety of industrial systems such ascompressors, dryers, vacuum generators, liquid systems, pumps,piping, flow control, 3-phase motors, variable frequency drives,stepper drives, temperature process controls, chillers, motors, andconveyor belts. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance onequipment including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, andother various production machines. Read and follow operationsmanuals, diagrams and sketches, and engineering specifications.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Adjust mechanical,electrical, and control systems to optimize the process. Informproduction team of scheduled routine preventative maintenance.

Monitor equipment for proper operation.

Job Requirements:

HighSchool Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years industrialmaintenance experience in a production/ manufacturing environmentCandidates must be well-versed and have experience that they candemonstrate in all of the following areas of industrialmaintenance: Electrical / Control Wiring Mechanical PneumaticsLiquid Systems Hydraulics Welding / Fabrication / CuttingDemonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-makingskills Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meetdeadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced,ever-changing work environment Willingness to update job knowledgeby participating in ongoing certifications/ re-certifications andtraining /educational opportunities
