Our Maintenance Technicians are a key part of our community’s success. Responsibilities Responsibilities include performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct repairs as needed Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to work orders Skill From HVAC and basic electrical, to plumbing and painting, our Maintenance Techs must be skilled and knowledgeable in numerous areas of maintenance. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Experience in facilities maintenance. Must work well with residents, staff and management. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
