The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for pool maintenance. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool systems effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness. Inspect pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, to identify any issues or necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients during service visits. Maintain accurate records of services performed and any repairs made. Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance techniques. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot pool systems effectively. Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and maintenance best practices. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
