This role involves ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs in units and facilities. Conduct residential painting tasks as required for facility upkeep. Work with site manager and coordinate repair schedules. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
