Job Description
Maintenance Technician for Affordable Family Housing Community Beacon Management Corporation Walterboro, SC 29488 Maintenance technician for an affordable family apartment community, with a total of (64) units. the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for details and have maintenance experience and a solid technical knowledge. Candidate must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Job requirements are as follows:
Carpentry, minor appliance repair, electrical and plumbing knowledge, community area trash pick-up daily. Install appliances and equipment, inspect/troubleshoot equipment and systems, turn/make-ready vacant units; which includes painting and repairs, completing work orders daily and preventative maintenance required. Needs to have time management skills and good organizational skills. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm and the ability to cover “on-call” emergencies both nights and weekends. Drug Test and Criminal Background required.
