⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Property Maintenance Technician compensation: BOE employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Property Maintenance Technician Hiring immediately Property Maintenance Technician in the Walterboro, SC area.
- Monday-Friday 8 to 5

- Opportunity to travel (paid) to other properties throughout US to assist other properties for MOR/ REAC and Rehabs
- HVAC license not required
- Basic maintenance – sheetrock repair, change out toilets, unclog toilets, paint, troubleshoot HVAC and more Principals only.
