Maintenance Technician Hamilton Point Investments 708 Azalea Circle, Hartsville, SC 29550 Maintenance Technician Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to respond to maintenance work order and maintain the lawns and landscaping at our mobile home park in the Hartsville, SC area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Mowing, trimming, and edging grass areas Removing weeds and maintaining flower beds (if applicable) Cleaning up leaves and debris General upkeep of common outdoor areas Respond to work orders and repair requests for mobile home units. Education and/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1year previous experience as a porter or similar function is preferred for this position. Required Licenses Current driver license and automobile insurance. Requirements Experience with lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) Ability to work independently and efficiently Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis. Attention to detail and commitment to keeping the park clean and well-maintained Reliable transportation Physical Demands Standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time. Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and handling. Work Environment Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions (temperatures may vary depending on the weather in the different regions). Exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, as well as working in confined or restricted spaces.
