• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

• Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment lubrication
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment

• Qualifications:

• Proficient in English for effective communication
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal teams and external vendors
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems
• Skilled in using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing
