This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring types in commercial settings. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of various floor types, including carpet, tile, and vinyl. Conduct carpet cleaning and buffing operations to enhance floor appearance. Ensure all custodial tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report needs to management. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Assist in training new staff on proper floor care techniques. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services, particularly in floor care. Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment. Ability to operate buffing machines and other floor care equipment safely. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
