Will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment. Minimum and Additional Requirements
Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.
Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems.
Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.
Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients.
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
Additional Comments
Generally, SCVRD salary offers for new hires fall between the employment rate and the midpoint of the pay band. Therefore, this has been listed as the hiring range.
