New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is seeking a resource for a4-month contract position with the potential for a contractextension or conversion.
Compensation:
$36.50 per hourFacilitiesTechnician is to provide general maintenance support for theassigned buildings.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the facility toensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanicalsystems. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry,plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting systembulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery,equipment, and other materials, as requested.
Skills:
Interpersonalskills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Basicability to work independently and manage their time. Basicknowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses,repair and maintenance.
Education/Experience:
