As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a high level of commitment, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, and mechanical systems.
Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED required.
5-10 years in building/equipment maintenance with experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
Basic maintenance skills, light plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, and ability to operate HVAC controls.
MUST HAVE
a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
