Job Description:

Compensation:

$36.50 per hour Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support forthe assigned buildings.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor the facility to ensure that itremains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanicalsystems. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbingsystems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials,as requested.

Skills:

Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, andproblem-solving skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage their time. Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs,uses, repair and maintenance.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. 8-10 years experience required Only candidates available and ready to work directly as NewJourney/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
