Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. This role involves working with hand and power tools, reading blues and schematics, and performing preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair machinery (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
Read and interpret blues and schematics.
Perform repairs and adjustments on machinery.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensurepliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (Degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Electrical a plus).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of machinery systems and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Goodmunication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd/3rd/Hybrid shift as needed.
Additional Information:
Starting wage: up to $22/hr, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and responsibility.
Full-time position with on-the-job training specific to our equipment.
