What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred; 3-5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience accepted without a degree
Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
Strong PLC troubleshooting skills to keep production equipment running smoothly
Welding skills (MIG, TIG, stick) and proficiency with fabrication tools a plus
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and complex repairs on industrial equipment including conveyors, CNC machinery, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers, and coolant systems
Troubleshoot and repair servo amplifiers, VFDs, motors, and more
Replace components like bearings, bushings, slides, pumps, and motors
Collaborate with project teams on equipment upgrades and installations
Maintain organized spare parts inventory and ensure 5S practices are followed
Lead by example, providing guidance and training to fellow technicians
Take ownership of maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
