Job Description/ Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Understand work instructions and be able to interpret process data. Understand product functionality, manufacturing and customer expectations. Keep abreast of technological changes and developments within and outside of organization. Support process improvement initiative and activities as directed by management. Assure all OSHA safety procedures are properly followed and use protective equipment where necessary in performing daily work. Understand work instructions and be able to interpret process data. Additional Responsibilities:
Must be capable of performing diversified duties in relation to installation and maintenance of facility equipment. Must be capable of providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during normal production. Must be capable of performing any required repairs during scheduled machine service. Mechanical skills include but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic for troubleshooting and repair of production machinery. Ability to perform simple machinist duties such as milling and turning. Ability to perform simple welding task using MIG, TIG and brazing methods. Use a variety of hand and power tools including meters and handling equipment to perform duties. Individual must have ability to troubleshoot defective machine and process variations. Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Assist the production team as necessary and maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the plant following 5S principles. Support plant activities in maintaining quality registration, not limited to;
TS 16949, ISO 14001.
Comfortable working on CNC equipment as well as troubleshooting heavily automated equipment Familiar with troubleshooting and using PLC software to look at the function of a machine
Essential Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have at least 10 years of job experience. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance is a plus.
Physical Demands:
Duties include and are not limited to: see, talk, stand, walk, lift, twist and bend. Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibrations and hazardous materials. Must be able to lift and/or move 25lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
