This is a hands-on role focused on mechanical and electrical maintenance of pressroom and Tool & Die equipment. Competitive pay starts at $33.50/hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential , with overtime and a sign-on bonus available. What You Need Associate’s degree in a technical field or high school diploma with 2+ years of manufacturing experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Required experience with metal stamping equipment , coil feed systems, and servo transfer lines Familiarity with 2000-ton stamping presses and overhead cranes Ability to work from PC/PLC ladder logic, hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, and electrical diagrams Welding and fabrication experience preferred Proficient with diagnostic tools, multimeters, and hand/power tools What You Will Do Conduct preventive and emergency maintenance on Tool & Die and stamping pressroom equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, and mechanical components Replace motors, maintain control circuits, and assist with equipment upgrades Complete documentation for all work performed Follow safety protocols including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures Support general facility maintenance and collaborate with teammates on troubleshooting Compensation & Schedule Starting at $33.50/hr plus $1.00/hr shift differential 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Voluntary and required overtime opportunities Sign-on bonus included Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance with competitive weekly premiums Company-paid life, AD&D, and disability coverage 401(k) plan with company match and full vesting after two years Paid holidays and PTO Voluntary benefits including accident, critical illness, and pet insurance Health Advocate, chronic condition management, and Employee Assistance Program #INDPRO
