Job Description
Perform general maintenance, (painting, plumbing, electrical)
PM / Room Calls Promptly respond to front desk reports of guest issues or concerns.
Ensure outside premises is clear of debris and trash
Responsible for closing pool areas nightly
Other duties as assigned
Must own hand tools
Pools a plus Driver’s License is
REQUIRED
CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
Experience
