Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure efficient operation of equipment. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and communicating effectively with residents. Assist in residential painting projects as required.
