Schedule Details:

Our Maintenance Technicians must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays. Shifts can range from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Inspect guestrooms, public space, and back-of-the-house areas to repair, touch up, or replace light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, etc., and other miscellaneous repairs. This requires the individual to possess extensive knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades in order to inspect and detect items needing repair visually.
Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical experience is used frequently on the job.
Performing these duties requires experience in using basic hand and power tools and the ability to stoop, kneel, grasp, lift, push, and pull.
Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.

1+ years of related experience
Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
3+ years or more of job-related experience
