Chatham County, GA Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for autonomously ensuring that our c-stores remain well-maintained and fully operational. Working under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, you will complete work orders efficiently and effectively, contributing to the smooth functioning of our company network. Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at satisfactory level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry, painting, concrete, asphalt repairs, minor plumbing repairs and other related assigned tasks. Execute work orders in a timely manner to uphold the upkeep of c-stores across the company network. Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while carrying out maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager to provide updates on completed tasks and any ongoing issues. Utilizing maintenance check list for any other ongoing maintenance needs or issues. Collaborate & assist other team members when needed to ensure seamless operation of all facilities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance work related to the key responsibilities listed above. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Participate in rotating on call schedule. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training are a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Maintain and upkeep of company provided tools & vehicle. Ability to work overtime pending company needs Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy Ability to lift 50lbs or more

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma required. • 3+ years in construction trades or facility maintenance position

Job Type:

Full-time Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
