This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, reading and writing skills, communication skills, basic math and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to diagnose and repair high-speed equipment, ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead, ability to stand for the majority of the shift, ability to prioritize and analyze mechanical problems to reduce loom downtime, ability to understand and follow instructions, and the ability to work in a climate-controlled area.
