Maintenance Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Seneca, SC 29678 Must have open availability and be willing to be on call for Maintenance emergencies. Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations run smoothly. Responsible for keeping accurate records of replacement items, parts, and supplies and reporting to the manager so owners get charged and SRG gets reimbursed appropriately. Responsible for inspecting common areas for safety and ensuring all OSHA regulations are met. Responsible for keeping an accurate Preventative Maintenance schedule and ensuring they are getting done properly. Responsible for keeping track of maintenance tasks completed and ensuring rooms are blocked as infrequently as possible due to maintenance issues (detailing why when they are blocked). Responsible for updating and maintaining the quality of furnishings in the unit. Responsible for communicating with Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Concierge daily in order to fulfill any maintenance requests and following up when tasks are completed.. Responsible for communicating with outside vendors when necessary to ensure tasks are completed and contracts are fulfilled. Responsible for overseeing the pool area and making sure the water is tested daily and balanced appropriately to ensure safety and cleanliness.
