Apartment Maintenance Technician Piedmont Apartments, LLC Easley, SC 29642 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our rental units through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience in facilities maintenance, and the ability to lead and supervise maintenance activities. Duties Perform preventive maintenance on e Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, carpentry, and small plumbing Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using property management software. Collaborate with office staff to coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance Experience with electrical, carpentry and small plumbing Must have own tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
