Seeking Handyman:

Must have Mobile home experience (Easley and surrounding areas) compensation: Fair compensation will be paid Looking for handyman or handywoman experienced with mobile homes. We currently have one mobile home in need of some light to moderate repair work. We are looking to expand our list of mobile home experienced handymen and handymen. We are not looking for one time help. We are looking to develop a win-win relationship for many mobile home rehabs moving forward.

Requirements:

Must have own tools. Must have transportation. Must have extensive mobile home experience and know your way around mobile home rehabs. Must have a proactive attitude.

Repairs needing fixed:

You should be familiar with most of these below.

• Holes and soft spots in subfloor.
• Broken windows.
• Repair drywall.
• Remove junk.
• Flooring
• Clean skirting
• Fix doors
• Recoat metal roof
