Brief Summary of Duties:
Perform routine maintenance in the facility, such as sweep, mop, strip, seal and buff the floors. Empty trash and recycle containers throughout the facility. Cut grass, shovel snow to entrances and put down salt when needed Routinely police the outside of the building for trash and put down weed killer where needed Experience and/or
Education Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted, frequently stand, regularly bend, twist and reach objects. Be able to operate a vacuum, golf cart, weed eater, and floor sweepers Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners Previous work history in custodial position or similar job position Experience and/or
Education Preferred:
