Maintenance includes but not limited to- plumbing, wood working, general electrical, painting, trash outs, setouts and general property maintenance of homes. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass criminal background check. Must be able to work independently and assess damages/repairs to determine the most cost effective repair plan and then execute repairs. Must be able to work appfolio or be trained.
