A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MAINTENANCE TECH
As a Maintenance Tech, you will provide maintenance for CLC owned facilities and be responsible for all repairs as well as coverage for assigned routes. Will have to assist maintenance tech in the field with electrical repairs to their assigned properties, adjust, and repair utility systems for maximum efficiency and utilities. Assure that all homes modifications, repairs, etc. are following compliance with all applicable State, Federal, and Safety rules and regulations. The maintenance tech will assist in coordination of emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather-related issues that put consumer and agency staff at risk.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver’s license
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or Equivalency with five (5) years of experience in building and maintenance trade
- 24-hour on-call and the flexibility to work if needed
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and climb and work in all-weather environments
