Maintenance and Sewing Machine Mechanic Kemper Straps Corporation 100 Times Blvd, Union, SC 29379 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled maintenance work/sewing machine mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing machine operation and repair, with the ability to work on pattern machines and consew brand machines. Supervisory experience would be helpful, as we are looking for assitance in managing our plant personell and operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall quality of our products. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sewing machines to ensure optimal performance. .
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that arise with equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Experience
• Proven experience in operating and repairing sewing machines
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
