Job Description:

Routine preventive maintenance around buildings, grounds, machines, and equipment to assess potential issues and address them Repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other systems, including changing light bulbs, maintaining interior and exterior property, and operating HVAC systems Take care of routine repairs such as parts replacements Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure they are safe and usable Maintain inventory records Help to develop, and keep updated, maintenance programs to reduce the risk of future problems Proactively fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries Meet quarterly with the

Safety Committee Job Requirements:

18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for long periods of time Some lifting is required up to 50 lbs. The ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is a plus Must be reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in plant maintenance as a technician
