The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the facility. Entry level position with some mechanical aptitude required. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance procedures on hotel guest rooms and all areas of the hotel Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Fabricate parts as needed to repair equipment Provide excellent customer service to internal departments Maintain exterior fixtures, building, and grounds within the scope of maintenance responsibilities Willingness to grow knowledge in the field of maintenance and hotel engineering Skills Proficiency in electrical systems and logic controllers (preferred) Some facilities maintenance background Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
