Full time Maintenance Tech Emerald Housing Management, LLC Clinton, TN 37716 Open maintenance technician position for our affordable housing property portfolio in Anderson County, TN. Plumbing Painting Make Ready Units General maintenance repair Change locks Light fixtures Toilets HVAC check ups Filter replacement Many roles for a general maintenance person. Must have experience in handyman or maintenance work. HVAC certification preferred. Monday – Friday (on call weekends)
