Position Summary Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including conveyors, motors, compressors, and pumps. Diagnose and repair issues related to diesel-powered machinery and forklifts. Inspect and maintain facility safety systems such as fire extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency exits. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize urgent repairs. Monitor and maintain building security and access systems. Conduct daily facility inspections and identify maintenance needs or hazards. Assist with setup and teardown for internal events and office moves as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols. Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including inventory of tools and supplies. Pay is commensurate based on experience Schedule First shift Full-time position Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, or related field. Must have experience in diesel and forklift operation Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
