The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set to ensure the smooth operation of our residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements. Assist other maintenance staff or contractors during larger projects. Maintain the community ground in pristine condition. Utilize tools testing and diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents. Electrical skills including troubleshooting and repair capabilities. Appliance knowledge to understand and repair various appliance brands. Strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
