Mechanical:

Repair and maintain mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic components on production machines such as metal fabricating stamping machines, material handling system, automated assembly machines, degreasing equipment, anodizing lines, and conveyor systems. Clear Understanding of Programmable Controllers and Robotics Experience in metal stamping environment/manufacturing. Main responsibilities Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, and performs scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Comply with OSHA Safety and Health Rules Know the proper and improper use of PPE and equipment with ultimate concern for personal safety and safety of others Communicate any/all issues with equipment that needs to be addressed on weekend or other designated downtime of equipment. Knowledge and Education Technical training – mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, robotics Previous employment in a high-volume/fast-paced manufacturing environment Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools

$30.00 – $34.00 per hour
