Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking a reliable, qualified candidate for a Maintenance Technician Position with a Local Condominium in Ashland City, TN. This is a part time position and will pay $17 / hour. This will be a few days during the week from 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

Light electrical/plumbing Fixing blinds, doorknobs, etc. Pressure washing some areas Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Light mechanical skills Capable of working in a non temperature-controlled environment Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of
