The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to handle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all. Duties Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an Ohmmeter for electrical tasks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Assist with installations of appliances, furniture, and other equipment as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques. Familiarity with various tools and equipment, including the ability to use an Ohmmeter effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with staff and management effectively. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
