In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our facility’s machinery and equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related challenges. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus. Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
