Position Overview :

We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance and repairs across both residential and business locations. This role requires a hands-on approach to upkeep and repairs, as well as the ability to manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating with outside vendors when necessary. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in general maintenance, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general handyman work, including basic repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. Handle routine yard work, planting, and weekly property cleanup. Maintain and oversee upkeep of business facilities, ensuring all locations remain in top condition. Manage maintenance and build-out projects from planning through execution. Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors as needed. Monitor and track maintenance schedules for all locations, addressing issues proactively. Assist Production Manager & Office Coordinator with other operational and facility-related tasks at Majestic Photobooth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Timeliness and quality of completed maintenance tasks. Efficiency in managing and completing assigned projects. Cost-effectiveness in coordinating vendors and contractors. Proactive identification and resolution of facility issues.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

Moderate expertise or higher in general maintenance, handyman work, and facilities management. Experience in project management and vendor coordination preferred.

Skills :

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.

Requirements :

Valid driver’s license. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
