• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated Property Preservation contractor to join our team. This is a 1099 position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and preservation, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.

• Duties:

• Conduct property inspections to assess maintenance needs
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on properties
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs
• Ensure properties are secure and well-preserved
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

• Experience:

• The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
• Experience in property maintenance or related field is required
• Strong customer service skills
• Their own tools and transportation
• The ability to provide their own pricing for bid work, bid writing knowledge is a plus.
