We need a rockstar that can handle multiple work orders a week. Our current rockstars take both small and large work orders that way we can generally guarantee they stay busy all week. We work in various states and would be happy to put you in touch with one of our contractors if you have any questions about us as a company. Our clients are property management companies with rental houses in the area and we are looking for good handymen/women who can help us handle maintenance requests from the tenants in a timely manner. For instance, a leaky faucet, toilet flush valve needs to be replaced, or issue with HVAC/electrical, etc. We also occasionally receive a few turns. If you will communicate well and in a timely manner through email/phone/text, take good before, during and after photos so that we have no issues invoicing our client we can certainly use you.
