We are looking to hire a diligent Quality Control/Maintenance Technician in our Nashville, TN location . In this role, you will maintain and repair property systems and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, quality control, equipment installation, responding to repair requests, and collaborating with our vendor maintenance teams. You’ll work in various settings, handling tasks in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and plastering-requiring moderate technical skills and physical ability. Handle repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment and appliances. Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program. Provide excellent customer service and engage in problem-solving to improve guest experiences. Utilize various tools and equipment, including power and plumbing tools. Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certificate preferred. At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance and Quality Control. Ability to work weekends, after-hours, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and ability to handle physical demands of the job. Proficient in using Office365, PMS, and other relevant technologies. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and inventory management skills.

Job Type:

Full-time Expected hours: 30-40 per week

Pay:

$22.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience
