The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs. n this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the property remains in top condition by responding to maintenance needs, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine repairs that directly impact the guest experience.
Pay:

Paid Weekly Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues, such as equipment malfunctions, plumbing leaks, electrical problems, and structural damage. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Assist with the installation and assembly of new equipment, fixtures, and furniture as needed. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, inventory, and maintenance logs. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team and communicate effectively with supervisors and staff.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks. Sheet-rock installation and finishing. Painting. Minor carpentry. Floor tile and carpet repairs. Locks, doors, and general maintenance repairs. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE). Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work, preferably in a commercial or residential setting. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
