The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, as well as the ability to adapt to changing work environments. 

Mowing and Trimming:

Using mowers and trimmers to keep lawns neat for weekly maintenance. 

Planting and Mulching:

being able to lift/shovel up to 25 pounds for spring/fall mulching needs for customers. 

Weeding:

Removing unwanted plants from lawns and gardens. 

Operation of Power Tools:

knowledge of handling mowers, blowers, weed eaters in a safe manner along with equipment maintenance. 

General Landscape Maintenance:

Other tasks like raking, edging, and cleaning up debris.

Physical Stamina:

Landscaping work can be physically demanding. Individuals need to be able to stand/ walk for 8 hours along with working in heat conditions. Attention to

Ensuring lawns and gardens are well-maintained and visually appealing. 

Basic Skills:
