We are seeking a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our apartment complex.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas. Troubleshoot and fix plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
